PRINTING TIPS

All web pages on this site will print in full on A4 sheets. If the left and right margins are set too wide and/or the Text Size is set to more that "Medium", the right side of the web page could be cropped. If the height of the web page does not fit on a single A4 sheet, the printer will print on two or more sheets. The break between the sheets could be anywhere eg across an image. This cannot be avoided. Unless you need colour prints, reset your printer option on Black in order to print faster and avoid using up the colour cartridges. 1) In MS Internet Explorer, View | Text Size | Medium 2) In MS Internet Explorer, File | Print Preview 3) If the Preview is OK press the Print button 4) If the the web page is cropped on the right side, reduce the margins:    a) MS Internet Explorer, File | Page Setup    b) Ensure Paper is set to A4 (not Letter) and Orientation is Portrait    c) Change Left and Right margins to zero        (the program will reset the values to the the minimum acceptable)    d) Repeat from 2)
