Following on from last month, we were talking to those people who had either won a place at our "Out of the Woods" competition or whose furniture created exceptional interest.

Our first presenter was Trina Storm who told us about the design and construction of her Danish inspired desk, which won second prize in the furniture category.

September’s meeting was held at Perth Wood School, which also included our AGM.

The AGM was held and the elected committee for the coming year consists of: Carolyn Ellis, Allan Waugh, Harry Smith, Roger Goodridge, Peter Banks, Peter Bell, Mark Ellis, Steve Harris, Kevin Luff, Shawn Ritchie, Jeff Kenny, Laurie Pearson, and Robert Rankin.

On Saturday July 20th, the FWWA ran the second of our four-way book matched veneer workshops for members.
Our meeting this month was held at Scarab Studio which is in the old Midland Railway Workshop
